- 03

myJourney questionnaires — at your own pace, at home.
- 04

- 05
Care begins
Follow-up at 2–4 weeks. Refine. Continue.
What to bring to your first visit
- Photo ID and insurance card (if using insurance)
- List of current medications (psychiatric and otherwise) and dosages
- Relevant records from previous providers if you have them (we can also request them for you)
- Questions — write them down. Things always feel different in the room.
Where we are
The Flood Building, 870 Market Street, Suite 1107, San Francisco. Two blocks from Powell BART. Validated parking nearby if you're driving.
What if I need to reschedule?
We ask for 48 hours' notice. Life happens — tell us as soon as you can. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed a $250 fee (waived in true emergencies). For patients seeing Dr. Ravi, late cancellations are billed at the full visit rate.
After the first visit
Most patients are seen again 2–4 weeks after their first visit to assess response to any treatment started. After that, visit frequency depends on your clinical picture — stable patients see us every 1–3 months; patients in active treatment adjustment see us more often.
Begin
Start with a 2-minute application.
No commitment — we verify insurance first.
Most patients apply online — it’s the fastest way in. Prefer to talk first? A free 15-minute call works too. We verify insurance, send you next steps, and never bill you until you've said yes.
